Sock knitters new and old, get those needles ready and polished! Socks abound!! ;)
We are both so excited to collectively make socks with you! Below are all the deets!
WHAT: A casual sock KAL making the Love and Patches socks by Dani of @littlebobbins with the Antique Rose mini skein set. (shown above!) There will also be PRIZES (Playful Day Yarns of course!) each week for those participating.
WHO: All of you!
WHEN: The KAL will run for 4 weeks from Friday, August 6 until Friday September 3. There will be a loose guide if you want it or go at your own pace, whichever works best for you.

WHY: Why Socks? Well, we looove socks, haha! We are both avid sock knitters and it was one of the things that brought us together years ago! And these minis and sock pattern just called to both of us. :)

How do I get my hands on a mini skein set and will they get to me in time to start?
Antique Rose sets go on sale at www.playfuldayyarns.com on Friday July 16 at 5pm PST and yes! There’s a generous three weeks between the sale and the KAL start so they should get to you in time to wind them all up to start!
Do I need to use this set to participate in the KAL?
Nope. We thought it would be fun to see a bunch of socks in the same colorways but you are free to participate with stash yarn if that works best for you!
How do I win prizes?
Post each week using the tag #PlayfuldaySockKAL21 and you’ll be entered into a random drawing. Remember that neither of us will ever ask for money or banking infomation via DM. We will both post the winner in our stories each week and the winner will only be contacted by @playfuldayyarns (ie: yours truly ;) ) Scammers are abundant so be careful!
